Northbound lanes reopen after crash at MMMBT in Suffolk

SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) -- All northbound lanes of Interstate 664 at the Monitor-Merrimac Memorial Bridge-Tunnel in Suffolk have reopened after a vehicle crash caused delays Wednesday. Traffic backups reached about 1.25 miles.
